Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 10 September 2026
1. Who we are
LeadFlow is operated by Nathaniel Vickers ("we", "us", "the Seller"). When you create an account you enter into a contract with Nathaniel Vickers for the use of the LeadFlow service.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use LeadFlow, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these terms, or that you are of legal age to contract as an individual.
3. The service
LeadFlow is a lead and quote management system for trade and local service businesses. It lets you create a customer enquiry link, collect quote requests with photos, manage enquiries through a pipeline, and keep notes and contact details in one place.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of your trial or paid plan. You may not reverse engineer the service, resell or redistribute access, or circumvent technical limits.
4. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. This includes:
- Any unlawful use, fraud, or sending spam
- Infringing the intellectual property rights of others
- Uploading malware, probing or attacking the service's security, or scraping it
- Using the service to harass, mislead or harm your customers
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you and your customers submit (enquiries, photos, notes). You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to collect and store your customers' information.
7. Intellectual property
We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation and branding. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
8. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no card required. When the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.
9. Service level and warranties
We work hard to keep LeadFlow reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. When access ends, your stored data is not deleted; you may request an export or deletion by contacting us.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
12. General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it in connection with a merger or acquisition.
